Steve is spot on with the BJJHQ suggestion. I routinely see gis on there for under $100. They had a plain white 93 Brand gi for &70 last week.

I bought this Sanabul Essentials Ultra Light as a second GI (also have a Fuji). Seems to be holding up well so far. Has lots of good reviews on Amazon as well. What I like best about it is that it's not as stiff as my Fuji. It basically feels like it's nice and broken in right out of the box. Not sure how it will end up in the long term, but no complaints so far.

They are not Atama quality (or even Fuji for that matter)...I have a couple ripstop pants/goldweave tops in my rotation.  But decent and better than a cheap Judo Gi.

Yeah I noticed most sizes are sold out. When I ordered mine a few weeks ago they had every size available. Guess word is getting out!

If in US www.fightersmarket.com www.bjjwarehouse.com www.budovideos.com www.rollmore.com are all the places I frequent for deals besides www.bjjhq.com bjjhq is great but unfortunately it may not have the deal I need when I need it,si I hit the others. Right now bjj warehouse has 20% off and free shipping or something like that. You just have to follow the deals and be ready to pick up some good gear. I of course hot Shoyoroll.Com and origins sites as well but those deals or not cheap deals but good none the less.
