The older gentleman rolling hard with the young guy next to you clenches his fist over his chest, grits his teeth in agony, and can't catch his breath; and then shortly after, passes out face down on the floor. What would You do next?

1. stop rolling
2. ask him if him whats wrong
*Edit* If unconscious, can an ambulance and skip straight to 5. b.
3. If it is a pain in the chest, ask him if he has ever had a heart attack before, if yes, is he having one
4. a. If yes is the answer to both questions, call an ambulance
4. b. If yes to the first one, and no to the second one, probably still call an ambulance (you can always cancel, or he can refuse)
4. c. If no to the first question, maybe hold off on the ambulance (maybe)
5. a. If he is still awake and talking, check his pulse, make sure he still has one
5. b. If he is unconscious, check his airway, and hope someone has some emergency training.
6. a. If still awake, breathing, and has a pulse, keep him that way
6. b. If unconscious, make sure he is breathing and has a pulse, try pinching his tricep to wake him up.
6. c. If unconscious and not breathing/no pulse administer CPR and if an ambulance has not been called, you should.
Also, if you call an ambulance, ask for ALS (Advanced Life Support) if they can send it.
I'm a tad rusty on my emergency response, so someone will probably have a better idea.

Choose whether or not to listen to the ninja with a low voice that says "FINISH HIM!"
Sorry, that's insensitive |

(This is what I learned in Health Class. I am not an EMT, take with a grain of salt.)
First: Check, Call, Care.
Check: Check the scene. Is it safe to proceed? Check for: Breathing.
1. (Roll him gently to his back. As long as no neck or head or spine injury is suspected.) Tilt the head back gently, and place your ear to his mouth with your eyes looking at his chest. Count to ten out loud, looking and listening for breathing.
Call:
2. If no signs of life detected: Tell someone to call 911 (Or your emergency number. Make sure to make eye contact with said person and point at them.)
Care:
3. If no signs of life: Start CPR until EMT's arrive or you can't go on.
(Won't explain the entire CPR in this post.) _________________ I'm a girl. And, yes. I kick butt.

In the UK if someone is not breathing and has no pulse (or if you're not sure about either of these) start CPR immediately. Again, in the UK mouth-to-mouth is no longer considered essential but chest compressions are and should be undertaken as a minimum whilst someone else is calling for trained emergency assistance.
I could go off on one and bore you to death but if you are (or anyone else is) interested PM me and I'll send you a bunch of links and info that may be of use.
Cheers.
