A couple of healthy snacks you might want to add that are low calorie and high protein are greek yogurt and plain or lightly salted popcorn. Part of your cravings for food is probably the result of not getting enough nutrients in general. Try eating fruits and or vegetables with every meal. Not only will you feel better, I'll bet you'll lose some of your desire to eat as well.

Based on his description, I don't think he has a lack of fat in his meals as they stand.

From what I'm reading, most of his calories are coming from carbs. Bagel bites, chips, potato, pasta, chef bouyardie, pizza, etc.

And it doesn't help that his protein sources are basically processed food like hotdogs.
