Damn man. Nothing like using yourself as the guinea pig for a workout/diet experiement!

Right now, because of my freakin ass shoulder, I can't do even one pushup. I tried yesterday, to see if my shoulder was getting better. And half way down on the first one, the pain was so bad I literaly screamed. surrender

I don't do anything unless I'm rather sure nothing negative will happen.

I can't see anything really bad happening to me from this. Worst case scenario, I lose a bit of weight.

I would drink more water, take a good multi vitamin, and make sure I was eating right. Also try backing off on the pushup volume and diversify a little bit so you do not develop muscular imbalances.
