Hi guys i was looking for some advice ,

i have been on a wheat free and gluten free diet , for the last 8 months ,

food allergies reasons

no bread past etc

i have just taken up BJJ


but i need some advice , on diet

and How long i should give myself after eating , before i train

i have seen some guys say 4-5 hours

and also what would be a good to eat before training

I try to not eat 2 hours before training unless it is something small and easily digestible (a banana or protein shake).

If I eat much before I train then I feel lethargic and/or feel like I'm going to puke.

I think you'll get some responses from the Pailo diet people - they seem to eat a diet that may be compatible with your food allergy issues.

Depends on the person. I used to have to wait 2 full hours.

Now I can handle an hour before if its a light meal.

I *was* giving myself that long, but then I found my body needs more fuel for exercising, so starting this week I'm going to eat something 1-2 hours before class.
