I try to not eat 2 hours before training unless it is something small and easily digestible (a banana or protein shake).
If I eat much before I train then I feel lethargic and/or feel like I'm going to puke.
I think you'll get some responses from the Pailo diet people - they seem to eat a diet that may be compatible with your food allergy issues.
Good luck! _________________

Depends on the person. I used to have to wait 2 full hours.
Now I can handle an hour before if its a light meal. _________________ New to this site? Please review the rules

I *was* giving myself that long, but then I found my body needs more fuel for exercising, so starting this week I'm going to eat something 1-2 hours before class. _________________
