Is this still the active forum? It seems like post/activity is is much lower then it used to be? I know there was talk about moving back to the old platform but I don’t think that was ever done. I’ve been away and only checking in occasionally but there doesn’t seem to be the same level of discussions (could just be my impression?).

And...... a week with no reply. I am really bummed about the demise of this forum. It had just about the right activity level, then there was a software update, then..... I tried for a few weeks to start new threads and respond to anyone who posted but it didn't work. All I can say is R.I.P. jiu jitsu forums, you'll be missed.

bummer. Yes this was a good forum prior the migration and I know the migration took a ton of time and work. Thanks for the reply though.

Not all is lost yet. Some drastic action maybe required, but don't be in a hurry to jump ship. Maybe Jack would consider merging with another forum, like Judo.ForumsMotion.com or Sherdog. OR revert to a platform that doesn't require cicking to enter the forums. If not, perhaps we could all just follow DirtyRancher's example and make new threads! I, personally, can't wait to hear what bmaa_mat has to say about my shadowboxing vid in the Locker-room. So just keep making threads and replying, and the engine will get started.

yeah it's the multiple clicks that kill it...

I learned that 400ms or more for a web page to load can kill a site.. having to click 2-3 times is a killer...

but like Red said - let's give it another shot... jthomas and christiancastleman were floating the boat the most, let's raise it up.

Hate the new software and there is no way to go back.

Im also busy and dont have time to approve stuff quickly.

Found some professional services than can migrate me back. I have to cough up like $400 to do it though and I need to find a big block of free time to do the work and re-integrate.

Will get there eventually.
