Hi guys,

I recently started training Brazilian jiu-jitsu after ten years training karate/mma.

In the last 4 weeks at jui juitsu Iv managed to break 2 toes, the little one on one foot and the middle one on the other.

In my ten years of karate we have rolled a lot and Iv only broken a toe once, so I'm wondering if this is unusual?

I am a bodybuilder and powerlifter as well and I have heard excess protein and caffeine intake can result in brittle bones but I wasn't sure if this holds any truth?

Anyway, I can live with broken toes, Iv continued my training, lifting etc. but I'm just curious if this is normal for bjj practitioners or if I might want to investigate it.

Thanks! 👊💪

I work in an eatery and circled throughout the day. Orthofeet shoes are to a great degree comfortable and help with my lower back torment. Just drawback is that I feel like my feet resemble "duck feet". I am utilizing those shoes for around three years and I adored them. My feet's are exceptionally content with those. Wore my new walkers, wide size, and strolled 3 miles toward the beginning of today. I generally encounter foot and leg torment after a walk, however not today. I am without torment thus excited. With those shoes, strolling extremely a delight starting now and into the foreseeable future!

I have a lot less pain when walking, I have a painful foot pain, and these sneakers have made a significant difference in reducing that pain. and orthofeet shoes are comfortable! My feet may need a specialist, but I am happy with this purchase. I wear these to walk the dogs, exercise, or anytime nights and weekends. They look great and feel even better.

I am very heavy, my feet are sensitive, Plantar fasciitis, Achilles Tendonitis, Arthritis. Nothing I have purchased before including at the Podiatrist office has been this durable and this comfortable. I know I will buy more in the future as they wear out. If you are thinking about it, don't, your feet will thank you, I know mine have by being painless. orthofeet is very comfortable.
