At what time time do you eat before rolling?

I eat the whole day through, mostly fruit and nuts, since I make a living coaching and doing privates. Its just a matter of not eating too much at once and eating healthy. Coffee is a bliss as well haha. I am at risk of eating too little more often than eating too much. I added a protein shake to my daily routine, when I noticed I was losing weight though I was not hungry. I do get a big breakfast everyday though. Lots of protein and fats, building up the reserves.
On off days I like to pig out a little haha, but thats like once a week anyways.
