After Lots Of Planning - I finally Did it...
Hey guys. So most of you who know me know that I have taken a shift into strength training and powerlifting. Regretably I do this a bit more than BJJ now (SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!) but its because of goals. I have set some huge goals for myself this year for powerlfing that I really think I can achieve.
Rippetoe is in Whichita Falls. But I actually used to strength train with Andy Baker who is another Starting Strength coach over on the NE side of Houston in Kingwood.
Hahahah it smells fresh and clean - unless the people next door are using their kitchen - then it may smell a bit like fried food in the corner - but I just consider it motivation as in that little nook corner is where we are going to put our little bit of cardio equipment.
I have been using it since we pulled it off the truck and its amazing. Combine it with the GHB and its a great stretch/work out for your back.
What part of im jealous didn't you understand?? 🙂
The part where I forgot to mention anytime youre in town youre welcome to come on by :thumbsup: Houston is a hub airport and we are 30 min drive from the airport. So maybe next time you fly that 4-5 hour layover doesn't look so bad in Houston
